Sheila Anderson, Records Management Officer at Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, will be our special presenter.  She has over 40 years experience in records management developing records management programs including administrative operations, print shop/copy services, retention schedule development and implementation, records storage, and establishing an electronic records repository system.  We are excited to have Sheila share how to better manage and understand records management and look forward to seeing you there!
