This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of a Business Continuity Management (BCM) program for Bon Secours Health Mercy Health and its subsidiary entities. The BCM includes Crisis Management, Life Safety, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning. The BCM Program Manager will be responsible for development and implementation of a Business Continuity Management Program in addition to maintaining day to day operations of the program. In this critical role, the candidate will work with senior management, information technology and business unit personnel to assist them in developing, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s business impact analysis data, business unit and information technology recovery strategies, crisis management plans, business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and testing program strategies and metrics.
