Speaker Bio Information:
Patrick Pol - Now in his 23rd year with the company, Patrick Pol leads the Retail Community Bank Incident Management Team for Truist Financial, the 6th largest commercial bank in the US with responsibility for its Business Continuity Management, Incident Management and Client Incident Management programs.
In this current capacity, he is revising the incident management framework and overseeing the development of business continuity plans for each function in reaction to the post-merger integration of heritage SunTrust and BB&T to support growth to 22,000 teammates and more than 10 million clients.
Lisa Matheson - A passionate proponent for business resiliency as the Incident Management Program Manager for Truists's Retail line of business. In this role, she is responsible for governance development, situational awareness monitoring and communications, incident coordination and project management.
