The Old Dominion Chapter (ODC) is part of the non-profit, international Association of Continuity Professionals (ACP).
ACP members are involved in all continuity activities from planning to exercising, monitoring and recovery, as well as evolving and promoting the business continuity profession.
ODC-ACP provides a professional environment for industry leaders to gather, share experiences and information.

In November 2020, Clarence Elliott was re-elected as President of the ACP Old Dominion Chapter (ODC), serving his 4th "2-year term" covering the 2021 and 2022 calendar years. In addition, Kathy Scourby of KNS Business Consulting was elected as Secretary and Frankie Blevins of Markel was elected as Director / Board Member at Large, both now serving "2-year terms" covering the same 2021 and 2022 timeframe. Subsequently, in November 2021, Connie Riffe, Treasurer, and T.L. Claytor, Jr., Vice President, were both re-elected to new 2-year term(s) for the calendar years of 2022 and 2023.
